Scribe deserves credit: it made capturing a process easy, and plenty of teams now have a tidy library of step-by-step guides because of it.
The trouble starts the moment capture ends. A guide is a snapshot of one person doing the work one way on one day. It doesn't know how often it gets used. It can't tell when the tool it documents changes and its steps drift out of date. And when someone follows it and gets stuck, the guide never hears about it.
The migration path
Scribe has no bulk-export API, so this is a guided migration and we do the heavy lifting. You export your guides from Scribe; PDF, HTML or Markdown all work. We convert each one into a Tallyfy template, where the steps become tasks with owners and deadlines, and anything the guide asks people to note down becomes a form field. You review every converted process before it goes live.
What changes after
The guide starts hearing back. Every run tells it how long steps took and where people stalled. Stella turns that into proposals with the evidence shown: a clearer step here, a missing detail added there. Each one arrives as an approval task you accept or reject.
If a step is handed to AI, savings that cannot change its output get applied for you; the rest ask first. And nothing is ever lost. Every version of every step is saved, and one click brings any of them back.
