SharePoint is where SOPs go to be forgotten.

The procedures are written, approved, and filed. Nobody can say whether they're followed. Move them into Tallyfy and find out.

The library problem

Somewhere in your tenant sits a document library called Policies, or maybe Quality. It holds the official versions. It passed the audit.

And it's quiet. Documents in a library only speak when someone opens them, and opening one requires knowing it exists and trusting it's current. Most days, the person doing the work goes from memory instead. The library can't tell you that. It can't tell you anything.

The migration path

Point us at the library. We help you convert each procedure into a Tallyfy template: numbered sections become steps with owners and deadlines, sign-offs become approval steps, and the fill-in parts become form fields. You review each one before it replaces the document. SharePoint keeps doing what it's good at, which is storing files. The procedures move to where they can be run and seen.

What changes after

The next time someone asks whether a procedure is followed, you can show the runs instead of the binder: each execution and each sign-off, tracked as it happened.

Then improvement starts. Stella reads the run history and proposes better steps with evidence attached, as approval tasks inside Tallyfy. Steps handed to AI get safe savings applied automatically; those changes cannot alter what the step produces. Each version of each procedure is kept forever, which your auditor will enjoy more than the binder.

Empty the library into something alive.

Bring one SOP from the library. We'll show you the same procedure as a running process.
