The honest problem
Tallyfy solved the seeing problem. Your processes run as templates with live tasks, so you know who did what and when. That part works.
Improving them is a different job, and it mostly doesn't happen. Who owns making each template better? Usually nobody. Someone would have to read the history of every process, spot the pattern, reword the step, warn the team, and check that nothing broke. Templates stay the way they were written on day one, even when the runs have been saying something different for months.
Getting started
Stella switches on as an add-on to your existing organization. There's nothing to migrate or install, and your team keeps the same logins. She starts by reading what's already there: the history your runs have been writing all along.
What improves
Two kinds of steps, two kinds of care.
Steps people do: Stella looks for the ones that drag or bounce back, and for instructions that spark the same questions every time. She proposes a clearer version as an approval task in Tallyfy, with the evidence right there. Nothing changes until you say yes.
Steps AI does: in Tallyfy, a step's description is the instruction an AI session follows. Stella applies a change automatically only when it cannot alter what the step produces; the same work gets cheaper or finishes sooner. Anything that would touch the outcome asks first, like everything else.
Every change becomes a saved version of the template. Future launches use the improved step, while work already in flight finishes on the version it started with. One click restores any version, ever.
